Pressure Ratings

100psi at 180F

 160psi at 74F

Pressure Testing (for PEX tubing installation in solid slabs)

Prior to streaming the cement, PEX tubing is sqeeze tested at 100 psi OR 1.5 times the maneuvering sqeeze (whichever is greater) for thirty minutes minimum.

During the pour, sqeeze is serviced at 30psi & monitored to guarantee the systems’ integrity.
